Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (5) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose: and (6) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
Reaper Breaks / Razzers:
Breaks and Razzers consist of individuals buying slots/s in an individual sealed box, a sealed case or a mixture of a number of sealed products.
100% of all cards of your team will be sent including any Rookie Cards, Autos, Jersey/Memorabilia, Inserts, Numbered or Short Printed cards, Base Variants or Parallels and every other thing.
Buying a slot in a group BREAK or RAZZ on reapercollectables.com means you are buying a digital good. A digital good does not entitle you to any physical items from the purchase directly. By buying a spot you agree that you are letting reapercollections.com to open product on your behalf, for your entertainment. Digital goods are not covered by Paypal buyers protection. It will be taken upon trust for reapercollections.com to send the cards/Product to you. Some slots will not receive any cards/products at all. In the event that you did not pull any cards during the Group Break or Razz you will not receive a refund.
You can not request a refund after the break or Razz has commenced. If you do ask for a refund prior to the break or Razz commencing it will have a 10% restock penalty.
Shipping:
Shipping costs are included into the price of a slot. All group breaks/Razz will be consolidated and sent at the end of the day (cut off 2pm).
The included Shipping costs includes REGULAR shipping which will have no tracking. Your cards/products will get to you! Just give it time and patience especially during postage restrictions and amount of post going through Australia Post. BIG HIT will be sent with tracking. We can collate your cards/product for up one(1) weeks before shipping in some cases.
If shipping has any damage to the package, please take pictures so Australia post can investigate. If in any case there is a package missing, there will be an Australia post investigation opened.
We are reaper collectables take no responsibility for lost or damage items, unless this is a direct result from the team here at reaper collectables.
We do have insurance for all products that get shipped if led to believe this was caused by us here at reaper collectables.
We Break It Live:
All reapercollectables.com group breaks will be conducted live on reaper collectables Youtube channel which can be found
Placement of Card:
A card will be awarded to the team that is listed on the front or back of the card, not the jersey they are wearing. If there is no team name on the card then the card would be awarded to the team of the jersey that is being worn by the player. If no team is represented they will go to their current team if active, if retired they will go to the team they played longest for sorted by season. If same amount of seasons on a team it will go to the most amount of games played.
Multi-Player Cards:
Cards that have multiple players on it will be randomised through random.org seven times. An individual will receive as many spots as they do players on the card. For example if a person owns two of the three players then they would receive two spots in the randomisation of that card, and the other person would receive the third spot.
